Let me clarify. I understand it as far as the game goes. I know the main rules, even some of the positions and names. But I cannot fathom why anyone would spend 5 days watching the same match when the score is 149 to 6. I should give it credit for keeping people interested for 120 hours. I guess I am just not one of those people.
But this is coming from the girl who can't handle a four hour monopoly game either.
Anyway, cricket is huge in New Zealand, second only to rugby. So, obviously, it would be a good idea to teach twenty-five 7 year old kiwis to play in 45 minutes.
Mass chaos has never been cuter.
